If you’re a veteran of the United States armed forces, and you’re seeking info on veteran home loans, you’ve come to the right place.
I too am a veteran, USMC Sergeant – 0621 from 2004 to 2008. Stationed in Camp Lejeune (J-actionville), and a couple of tours to the ole sandbox. We used our VA benefit early on, and we’re so grateful for what the VA loan has helped us do.
Just want to say, “thank you for your service”,
and “Semper Fidelis!”
Use these resources below to help get the info you need for your next VA loan.

Do you qualify for a VA loan? Ask yourself…
- Have you been active duty for at least 90 days?
- Have you been in the reserves for at least 6 years (or ever called to active duty for at least 90 days)
- Do you have an honorable discharge?
- Are you an unmarried surviving spouse of a veteran who gave the ultimate sacrifice while in service or died due to a service connected disability?
Did you know…?
- Veterans with a VA certified service connected disability are exempt from paying the VA funding fee.
- You can have more than one VA loan, and put 0% down.
- The VA doesn’t actually process and close your loan, they just insure the loan for your lender.
